Exercising to burn the fat

For many of us losing weight is almost as hard as quitting smoking. (I know I used to smoke and be overweight) Most of the diets that are out there don't work but people buy them because they have very good marketers.

To date I have only found 1 diet that worked for me. I combined this with an exercise program that I found on the internet and I can fit into my 30" waist jeans again. (used to be a 35").

Using exercise in conjunction with a diet will help you speed up the process. It also helps in other ways too. If you just diet you're at a risk of your body burning muscle tissue as well as fat to generate energy. If you exercise while you diet your body needs the muscles to do your workout so you're left with just burning fat.

Now, you may or may not have heard of Tony Venuto and his "Burn the fat feed the muscle" book. I found it while searching the internet for a good exercise program. This guy is like me and probably you too-- he's tried it all. After trying it all he came up with a great solution to lose all that weight and KEEP IT OFF for good.

I used his book along with a calorie shifting diet that I found and the results were nothing short of astounding. I actually feel confident walking around a beach with my shirt off. While I may not have as much definition as him it is there, and that's all I care about. So if you're like me and want to lose weight and gain muscle then I suggest you do this:
