If you're a guy you've probably dreamed about getting six pack abs. I know I have. I've also tried to get those six packs on my own without any help. You know, doing situps and crunches every day until you hurt. The problem with doing sit ups and crunches is that you're not really working all of the abdominal muscles. Doing sit ups or crunches is like bench pressing with that little helper bar-- you're really only working one muscle group.

To start out with I was told that what I was doing wasn't working- which I already knew, but Mike showed me a bunch of exercises that are designed to build your abdominal muscle mass and burn that stubborn fat. Since I was already fit I started noticing definition in a little over a week! I couln't believe it. I was spending 20 minutes less per day exercising and getting better results than I was before.
