Anyone who has every tried losing weight knows that it's very difficult. After all, we are creatures of habit and it's very difficult to start a new habit.
The same principle applies to weight loss. There are days when you just want to give up and eat everything in the grocery store. Don't despair because I've got some tips to help you keep your goals.
The first tip I'm going to borrow from those success story guys. You may have heard that when they started out the wrote out what they wanted to accomplish on a piece of paper. They would then look at that paper every single day for 5 minutes to remind themselves of what they were trying to accomplish.
I want you to do that. Write down how much weight you want to lose in BIG LETTERS on a piece of paper, and write down how long it's going to take you to get there. Every morning look at that piece of paper and remind yourself of what you're trying to accomplish.
If you find yourself wavering, take that piece of paper out and remind yourself again what it is your trying to accomplish. Trust me it works. I'm 35 pounds lighter, and I used this to remind me not to give up.
